Wood Processor PTO/Electric Drive Conversion

Customer had purchased this PTO (Tractor) driven wood processor, however they wanted the option to use the machine indoors without the fume’s of the tractor. We at JG Electrical Solutions sourced an fitted this 3 Phase 30KW Electric Motor, designed & built control panel to operate & an installed a 50KVA Generator to run machine. Not only did this solution cut out the fumes of the tractor but its also much quieter, making it all round more pleasant envirment to work in.

Power Upgrade

JG Electrical Solutions were tasked with the install of a new XPR Plasma Machine in a local engineering company. The Customer were already on the limit of there excitesting Generator was this involved some supply upgrades.*Tempary generator hired in an installed to allow production to continue while upgrades were carried out*250Kva generator replaced with 350Kva Generator*Supply Cables from Generator up-sized*MCCB Board replaced with larger Board*New Supply installed for the new XPR Plasma Machine*All completed with no production downtime for the customer
